All special order motorcycle covers are bespoke, made to order items and have a current lead time of 3-4 weeks from order, you will be updated with a tracking number via email or text, when your order is ready to be dispatched.

Refund Policy for Special Order (Bespoke) Motorcycle Covers

At Storm Motorcycle Covers, we take pride in crafting bespoke bike covers tailored to your unique specifications. If, however, you encounter an issue, we're here to help.

Defective Covers: If you receive a bespoke bike cover with a defect in workmanship or materials, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Defective Covers: As bespoke covers are made to order, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than defects. We recommend double-checking all specifications before placing your order.

Cancellation Policy: Since bespoke covers are customized, orders cannot be canceled after production has begun. If you wish to cancel, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Compliance with UK Law: Our refund policy is in compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. These regulations outline your rights as a consumer and our obligations as a seller.
